A commission sounds complicated. It isn't. You see and approve everything before a single brushstroke touches the glass.

Approve the design
Carla emails you her design before touching the glass. Nothing is painted until you say yes. Change your mind within 24 hours of ordering and you get a full refund, no questions asked.

Carla paints your piece in her Mount Lebanon studio, one brushstroke at a time. No prints, no transfers, no two pieces alike.
Delivered to your door

Every piece is painted by hand in a small Mount Lebanon studio, where tradition meets contemporary design. Carla Beaino draws on the colors, patterns, and stories passed down through generations of Lebanese craft to create vessels that bridge heritage and modern life.

Questions, answered
How does ordering work?
Pick a tier, tell Carla what you have in mind, and check out securely through Stripe. Within a few days she emails you a design for your piece. Nothing is painted until you approve it. Once you do, she paints it by hand and ships it to your door.
What if I don't like the design?
You'll never be stuck with a design you don't love. Carla revises the design with you before painting begins, and the Masterpiece tier includes two full design directions. You can also cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund, or any time before painting begins for a refund minus a small design-time fee.
How long until it arrives?
Your piece is delivered within 2 to 4 weeks of you approving the design. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster transit once the piece is painted.
What if it breaks during shipping?
Every piece is carefully packed for transit. If your piece still arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will paint you a replacement or refund you in full. You take zero risk on shipping.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in Canada, and shipping is included in the price of every tier. Pieces are painted in Mount Lebanon and shipped directly to your door.
What can Carla paint on a piece?
Almost anything that matters to you. Family names and monograms, Arabic or Latin calligraphy, your village, the cedar and flag, vines and arak glasses, florals, or a scene from a photo you upload. If you’re not sure, just share the name and the feeling you want, and Carla will propose the design.
Can I send it directly as a gift?
Yes. Your shipping address is collected at checkout, so simply enter the recipient’s address and your piece ships straight to them.
